The Gold Glove Club is designed to combine fundamentals, agility and game-speed reps into each session for
a quality weekly workout.
The effort you put in is what you will get out of a "regular" lesson. You will be expected to practice concepts outside of your lesson time in order to get better.
Gain Confidence on Defense
The boys will participate in group instruction based on age & ability with former MLB Draft League infielder Coach Henri . Concepts covered rotate between glove work, posture, footwork, throwing mechanics & more.
Mentality Lesson
Take a deeper dive into the concepts we touch on in regular lessons: how to respond, recover, and overcome failure. We cover how to gain confidence, deal with fear on the field, and outside resources we have used as players that have helped us to become stronger versions of ourselves.

When I first bought my son to coach Henri, I didn't know if I wanted to invest seriously, but I did, and it was the best thing that happened to my athlete. He didn't just care about them doing it right; he cared about them being able to tell him how they did it and there mindset!
Coach Henri has been phenomenal with my athlete he is very direct and wants to maximize your time your athletes time and he knows what he is talking about we have been training with him for over a year now!
When Vance went to Henri for the first time, he was broken. He didn’t believe in himself, no confidence BUT he has made a difference. Does Vance still get in his head and down on himself… ABSOLUTELY he is 11 years old. Are there times after a game I call and let Vance talk to Henri…. ABSOLUTELY. He has even helped me as a parent. Hearing from coaches that they don’t have time to work or invest in your child hurts but he has never once told Vance that. Even though he was broken he believed in him from day one. Vance isn’t a big talker but his relationship with Henri is amazing. We all would be lying if we said there wasn’t times we have been hard on our kids but then I talk to him and he reminds me that he is already beating himself up. Be his MOM and know it is OK to mess up. How else would he learn. Are there days I mess up in my own life… ABSOLUTELY, so how do we expect kids not to make and error, throw a wild pitch or strike out??? But during this past year Vance has learned to Identify what he is doing wrong and how he should have handled the situation. He is becoming a better and stronger player and person. Like coach Henri tells him, “you can wear that dog on your shirt BUT you have to wear on the inside too.” Go check out coach Henri!
